E-instruction

In order to perform activities as an event traffic controller, the E-instruction must be completed successfully. After this you can be deployed nationwide to carry out traffic control activities at various municipalities and events. The organizer will receive a participant code to gain access to the E-instruction and the relevant event on Verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl.

• Your instruction statement is valid for 1 year from the date of completion. You can find this in your account under “Download instruction statement“.
• You register for each new event with the participant code that you receive from the organizer. As soon as you redeem this participant code, the validity of your instruction statement will be checked.
• You can read the messages about which participant codes you have redeemed from participating events in your account at the top right, in your inbox. This states whether or not you need to follow a new e-instruction.
• You can follow the new e-instruction up to six months in advance, provided that the date of the new event falls after the validity date of the instruction statement. The date of the instruction statement cannot be changed.
• The instruction statement is valid in all municipalities. One person is appointed as an event traffic controller per municipality.
• If your instruction statement is still valid on the 1st day of a multi-day event, this applies to all consecutive days.
