Register an event

To register an event, you can register an account at Verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl. You will then receive an email with an activation link. If this is confirmed, you can log in. If you already have an account, you can continue with the steps below.

You can register an event in the following way, so that you can arrange for an access code (for example the participant code):

• After logging in, you will see an open task menu (open takenmenu) at the top. Here are all the tasks you can perform, including “register event” (Een evenement aanmaken).
• If your municipality does not (yet) have access to the national database at SVNL, you will be asked to upload a written permission from the municipality. The file must not be larger than 2 MB and must be a PDF or JPEG file and you can only upload 1 document.
• If your municipality already has access to the national database, no further steps are required. Your municipality grants you permission via the site for the event and the number of traffic controllers. After acceptance of the registration you will receive an email stating that an access code is waiting for you in the takenmenu under Invite traffic controllers (Verkeersregelaars uitnodigen).
