Liability

The organizer who deployes the traffic controllers must provide an event insurance that includes liability for the acitivties. Under current legislation, the organizer of an event is seen as an employer in the context of liability.

However, if a traffic controller deliberately performs actions against the agreements that lead to an accident, he can be held personally liable.
