I want to start as a instructor

You can start training at any time. No specific criteria have been established. 

All rules regarding training and examination of traffic controllers can be found in the Regeling Verkeersregelaars. Our minister released the requirements for the training and instructor for professional traffic controllers in order to stimulate market forces. The exam is supervised by a delegate from the police.

An instructor is exempt from appointment as a professional traffic controller. There is no need to apply for an aanstellingspas.
