Mandate scheme for cross-border event

There are two ways to register a cross-border event by various municipalities different ways. The municipality determines the method of registration, which can be done as follows:

Mandate arrangement:

• Municipalities can collaborate in a cross-border event with a mandate arrangement.
• The starting municipality can invite the traffic controllers with the participant code and appointment for the relevant event.
• The other municipalities give permission by mandate for this group traffic controllers (for this specific event regarding traffic controllers deployment list) also in their municipality may regulate traffic.

Register per municipalities:

• The organizer registers the event in every municipality through which it passes comes, the traffic controllers must check the redeem a participant code in their account and be appointed per municipality.

A traffic controller with a valid instruction statement can be deployed nationally for one year various municipalities and events.
